Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified accounts. The payment method used for withdrawal must correspond to the payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practice. yes800 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request above Rs 50,000 PKR.

Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all yes800 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your yes800 bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Engaging in any of the below activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances and, in serious cases, forfeiture of all account funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during your account's lifetime.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
